Great location easy to walk down to Broadway and great view. This is a great property to rent.

Great stay in Nashville for spring break. The location is fantastic for exploring all the city has to offer. Having parking available is huge - we rented a car and am glad we do so. Of course, the location is excellent as you can walk to Broadway is about 15 minutes or walk over to the Listening Room. Crema Coffee was our go to coffee shop just a 5 minute walk from the building. The apartment is clean and the host had good communication. The water pressure in the shower is quite weak but not sure if that’s a Nashville thing. That is my only negative. Everything else was wonderful. Would recommend this apartment for sure.

Great place to stay with 2 couples. We each had our own private bed and bathroom and then a beautiful common area to hang out in! Short distance to Broadway. We had a great time. Will definitely book here again! Thank you!
